- Please note that default size of stock wigs is M, Change it to S or L, we will charge $30, it will take about 1 week.
If you need to change it to XL or XXL, we need add more hair on the wig to make it appropriate, price depends on the lenght of hair, so please contact our staff to get the exact amount of money.
- Q: How to measure the lenght of hair?

A: The length shown on our website is from the crown. If measured from the neck, it is 8 inches less.

Q: What kind of hair do you sell?

A: Most stock wigs are best Brazilian hair, they are natural drying.

Q: Can I use heat to style my wig?

A: Yes. The wig can be styled with Babyliss. Since excessive use of high heat will damage the hair, we recommend not to use too frequent or too high temperature to style the wig.

Q: How long will I receive my wig?

A: For stock wigs, they will be shipped out within 24 hours by DHL/FedEx, It will take 2-7 working days for delivery. Please note that change the cap size will take about 1 week. Adding front lace to the silk top wig, it will take about 4 weeks. Adding more hair(thicken the wig) will take about 1 week. For customized wigs, Affected by COVID-19, the production time of lace top wig is about 2-3 months.

Q: Does BeeWigs offer a return policy?

A: Yes! We're happy to accept returns for any reason up to 7 days after your purchase.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and processing fees except the situation below. If you have received defective, damaged or the wrong unit, we will responsible for the return shipping fees and processing fees. (Taxes and any other expenses incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund.)
* Custom orders and special orders are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged.
* Any odor on your wig will render it ineligible for return.
* PLEASE NOTE that cap size not suitable is not the problem of quality, before placing your order, please double check your cap size.

Q: How do I return my order?

A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Returns beyond this time will not be accepted. Please ensure that all unit(s) must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. The unit must be in original condition, unworn, uncut or altered in anyway.

Q: When will I receive my refund?

A: After we got the return wig, we will refund your money within 48 hours.

Q: Do I need to pay tax for shopping?

A: Don't worry. Usually, we write the value of the package(the wig) less than $75, so for most of countries, there's no tax.
