Q: Do you accept returns? What is your return window?
A: Yes! We're happy to accept returns for any reason up to 7 days after your purchase.
* Customers are responsible for return shipping fees and processing fees except the situation below. If you have received defective, damaged or the wrong unit, we will responsible for the return shipping fees and processing fees. (Taxes and any other expenses incurred during the return process will be deducted from your refund.)

Q: How do I return my order?
A: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. Returns beyond this time will not be accepted. Please ensure that all unit(s) must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. The unit must be in original condition, unworn, uncut or altered in anyway.
We cannot accept returned units that have had the lace cut or been worn. Please take care when trying on the unit and do not cut the lace. A photograph detailing that the unit is in original condition with the lace will be required before a return is permitted, failure to comply with this will result in the unit being returned to you. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
* We recommend using a reputable parcel service with tracking confirmation for your return.
* Bee wigs assumes no responsibility for any returned item lost or damaged during transit.
Forgot those official words! Return is very easy!!! You will use our own FedEx account, and we will send you some files, you just print those files, that's all! FedEx will pick up the wig, just easy as a piece of cake! We will only charge you $30 as shipping fee!
